Para Obstacle Course Racing (Para OCR)

Para Obstacle Course Racing (Para OCR) is redefining what obstacle racing looks like for athletes with physical disabilities. Following the success of our first-ever Para Tough Mudder, ONPARA is proud to partner with Tough Mudder and Spartan Race Canada to grow participation and expand opportunities, including a Para Spartan Race later this year. We are grateful for their commitment to inclusion and for helping make adaptive obstacle racing possible. Designed for individuals and teams alike, Para OCR is a high-energy, team-building experience built on challenge, collaboration, and resilience.

ONPARA is proud to continue building inclusive obstacle course racing opportunities across Canada in partnership with Spartan Canada.
