Bridging The Gap- Booking Now!
Bridging the Gap is our education and outreach program. This introductory sport program will give participants the opportunity to try wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby or wheelchair tennis first-hand. Our Bridging the Gap program travels to schools, rehabilitation centres, hospitals and other community events! If you or someone you know is looking to introduce people of all abilities to wheelchair sports this fall, than contact the OWSA! Our Coordinator will bring all the required equipment and will cater the program to different age groups and levels of ability. Our goal is to create awareness and allow people the opportunity to try out different wheelchair sports. We also have amazing athlete ambassadors that are happy to come out and share their knowledge and love of the sport. To book an event this fall, contact Nicole Jacobs at btg@onpara.ca.
