Wheelchair Basketball 'Minis' (U16) Festival

This FREE event is open to athletes of all physical abilities, ages 16 and under*, looking to try wheelchair basketball for the first time and/or improve their wheelchair basketball skills! No experience necessary! The day will include a combination of fun skills development activities & drills and game play facilitated by a team of Ontario club coaches and athlete mentors.
*Athletes over the age of 16 are also welcome to attend provided they are at an appropriate skill level or level of experience to participate.
Sport wheelchairs can be provided for athletes who do not already possess their own, but must be requested in advance.

GEAR to Play Day
Join us before the 'Minis" (U16) Festival from 1:00pm-2:00pm for a Girls Enabled and Ready to Play Day! The GEAR to Play program is a girls-only wheelchair basketball program for female players of all ages, physical abilities, and skill levels looking to play in a welcoming, low-pressure, and social environment. Basketball and basketball-related skills will be practiced with emphasis on fun!
