2022 Junior Nationals – Team Ontario Athlete Fee

All Team Ontario athletes who participate in the 2022 Junior National Championship in PEI will be assessed a $120 fee. This fee will cover the athlete’s flight, accommodations, and ground transportation for the duration of the tournament.

Athletes can choose to pay online by credit card/PayPal, by cheque, or cash.

If paying online, please select the ‘PayPal’ option upon check out. This will process credit cards (you do not need a PayPal account).

If paying by cheque, please have it made out to Ontario Para Network and sent to:

Payment can also be submitted in person to Josée Matte while in PEI.
